The restaurant name was given to me by someone who I knew loves good food. I brought my brother as he was in Sicily visiting me. We are Irish and love our beef, while he liked Italian food I knew he was missing a good steak. We had such a lovely experience with lovely lovely waiters and the food was outstanding, my brother said it was the best beef he had ever had. So any excuse to go again and I will!

I locali molto curati e l&#39;accoglienza sono sicuramente un ottimo biglietto da visita. Soprattutto dopo aver percorso una strada in montagna cui non tutti sono abituati. Lo staff presente ma non invadente, i piatti ricercati negli accostamenti e curati nella presentazione non deludono il palato. I prodotti di ottima qualit&agrave; rendono l&#39;esperienza completa e appagante. Complimenti.I costi sono pi&ugrave; alti rispetto quelli indicati ma ritengo siano corretti.

The very well-treated rooms and the reception are certainly a great visit ticket, especially after traveling a mountain road that is not all used to. The staff present but not invading, the dishes searched in the accommodations and treated in the presentation do not disappoint the palace. Congratulations. The costs are higher than those indicated but I think they are correct.

Vallegrande &egrave; davvero magica! Si tratta di un ristorante immerso nella natura, con una bellissima reception da cui si sviluppano gli interni caratterizzati da ampie vetrate. Gli spazi esterni sono dominati dal verde e dall&rsquo; imponente paesaggio delle Madonie. I piatti proposti (vd.foto in allegato) sono proposti con cura, equilibrio ed eleganza. Il personale in sala si &egrave; dimostrato accogliente e mai invasivo, offrendoci un aperitivo di benvenuto con fl&ucirc;te di prosecco e crostini dello chef. Tra i piatti maggiormente apprezzati, lo spaghetto quadrato con crema di topinambur, bottarga e fili di peperoncino e i calamaretti con tortino di patate alla &lsquo;nduja e crema di piselli. In conclusione, un bellissimo viaggio alla scoperta di un tesoro dove professionalit&agrave; e ricerca della perfezione rispettano ed esaltano la bellezza del paesaggio madonita.

Vallegrande is really magical! It is a restaurant in the nature, with a beautiful reception from which are developed the interiors characterized by large glasses. The outer spaces are dominated by the green and impressive landscape of the Madonias. The proposed dishes (see photo in the annex) are proposed with care, balance and elegance. The staff in the room has proved friendly and never invasive, offering us a welcome appetite with the prosecco flute and the cook&#39;s crostines. Among the most popular dishes, the square spaghetti with topinambur cream, butter and pepper thread and the dudja potato turtle and piss cream. In conclusion, a beautiful journey to discover a treasure where professionalism and search for perfection respect and exalte the beauty of the Madonite landscape.

First night. First meal out. A real local treat. Simple food. Lovely atmosphere. Great service. No pressure. Just what we needed.

Very good ambience as we dined in the courtyard. Staff was attentive. The caponata was delicious, the grilled swordfish was fresh and the seafood risotto was good!

Excellent food. Although I am an omnivore and my wife a pescatarian/vegetarian we decided to give their vegetarian tasting menu a try (something different from the usual traditional restaurant offering) and they really came through with great food. Kudos as well for their recommendation of a very reasonably priced (and good) bottle of wine - not a usual feature at the upper echelons of fine dining.

Food was okay. We had Pizza and Gnocchi with Burrata. Since there wasn&rsquo;t really Burrata I was a bit dissatisfied. Pizza was really good. Service was also okay. We had 4 different waiters and nobody asked if we want a dessert or anything else. So we left after our main course.
